Each cPanel has a limit on how many MySQL connections can be opened. Of course, it's a Shared environment so we do need that limit. If you can't understand the technical aspect and fix it or you believe that the script is poorly designed then contact the developer. Otherwise, upgrade to VPS where you can set your own limits and everything. We have the same limits as industry-standard limits as other providers so everyone has the best possible package.

Same issue with my shared server. So I migrated to the VPS plan. But still issue not solved. - for razorpay gateway webhook.

It's not "cPanel" that has max user connection limit, it's your hosting provider that has set a low Max connection on MySQL to save resources.

Your hosting provider might have Max user connection of 25 (most cheap hosting provider has that) and if you are scaling your business, 25 max connection will take you no where.

Consider changing your hosting provider and get a better one. (Or Remove all 3rd party modules and your custom php/MySQL affecting code - if you have any)

The response you got from your hosting provider is just a generic message they send everyone.

Foodomaa is optimised for performance and has no issues on the database. You should not have any doubt on this. I can guarantee that (unless you have customised yourself or using any unofficial modules)

In the last 4 days, there have been no issues on your server related to max user connection. I checked the logs.

DO NOT visit the Razorpay webhook URL directly. It's a POST HTTP URL, it cannot be accessed directly from a web browser. Only applications that make a POST requests to that URL can access it.

mdsumro For foodomaa, Im using hostinger VPS with Ubuntu (CyberPanel Ent) or you can use Cpanel(Preferable for a newbie)

mdsumro my recommendation is to use lightsail (for new users) or ec2 with some control panels like cyberpanel or runcloud (supports openlitespeed ) for better performance.
U can start with just 5usd per month with 3months trial
