I am Using Fast2SMS and Getting 5 Digit OTP and On the app it gets shows to enter 6 Digit OTP

Whoever has done the customisation to integrate Fast2SMS for your website, ask them to edit the code to generate 6 digit OTP rather than 5 digits.
