Delivery real time problem

I have the official delivery app and I'm having troubles tracking the delivery boys in real time.
Everything seems to be fine in the Firebase database but my delivery boys are not seen moving on the map neither in the customer app nor in Eagle View. I even have a delivery boy who is seen in Europe but, in reality, he is in Argentina.
Has anyone here had the same problem and do you know what the solution is?

Carlos on customer app, the delivery tracking will not work, that has not been built on the old Foodomaa. (But is available in the new platform - already built)

Eagle view should work absolutely fine.
Try it yourself by installing the delivery app on your phone and allowing all the permission and then login to the delivery app.
On the Eagle view you will see your location.

Note: if the delivery guy phone GPS is not giving accurate data, nothing can be done. (They need to allow precise location when the permission was prompted)

Saurabh Thank you very much for answering. I misunderstood, so I thought that from the customer app people could see the progress of the delivery boy in real time. However, in the specific case of the delivery boy that is seen in Europe, something curious happens, from Eagle View I see him where it really is but from the customer app I continue to see him in Bilbao, I did the tests with two of my smartphones with the appropriate configuration. In fact, I have an open ticket waiting for a response from Mani (#16723) who asked me for some information to check it.
I really hope the SaaS version will be released very soon so my problems will be yours! :-)

Customer app live tracking of delivery guy has already been implemented for the new platform. So no worries on that part.

Will be marking your ticket as resolved for now as the customer app delivery tracking doesn't work on the old platform as it's not built to take live location from the new delivery android app.

Foodomaa is good product and i was happy with support...but now only SAAS is important.
I have the same problem with tracking delivery guy since the beginning and someone of the team told me it will be solved ..3 Month ago
I made my own and its working fine..and im not développer or
Spécialiste.. only notification with continuous ringing dont work..
Strange ...thé app tracking is present because my app work...
I dont know it i will go saas because in beginning everyone say they will solve and at the end we have bad surprise .
I m a little sad about this ...and i dont know if saas for me it will be good..
I prefer to wait the feedback regarding product and support..

mcartridgesmcartridges no one from our team changed anything on your server.

If you upload any files in the /static/js folder, this message will automatically appear.

Steps to resolve:

Revet back the static/js folder.
Goto vendor/bin and delete the elflag file

Then go to your admin dashboard in a new tab.
Done.

The error message is self-explanatory, that says you uploaded files that only extended license users are allowed to upload.

Do not upload anything on the code side if you cannot handle it on your own.
