Gopalkumar The delay was because you have created two accounts.
One account was with the username as mealdrop that doesn't have any custom domain linking and another account with the username as delivercart that as the custom domain linked.

We were waiting for confirmation from your end since Sunday.

Anyways, your custom domain has now been linked.

FezanAsif Sorry the question was skipped by mistake.

You should only create test orders in Free Plan.
Once Pro Plan is activated all the orders are accounted for billing.

As of now, the only way to clear the billing for the test orders is to clear everything.
(Admin > Settings > All Settings > Advanced Settings > Clear Everything)
Please read the warning message very carefully while performing that action.

If you cart from other store when you add items from another store than quantity will stuck on add button when again click on add button it's quantity will show us 2..

team, i understand what you guys want to do, but dont you think that also giving others who have been very old buyers like us , who are happy with managing the system on our own a chance to also do that will be better? you can still achieve this if you want to do it, for some people this ur new path may go against what they originally planned, and then regret might creep in as on codecanyon currentl there are sellers who have the same product and working on original path, so some people will feel regret as there is no other sustainable option available for them other than to do as you want now. i believe you should think about this more

We have already thought this through, we cannot go round-and-round on the same topic again and again. With the current offer on Pro Plan, you don't pay a single dime and you get all the add-ons + android apps. That's the best deal you can get.

Yes there are no watermarks on Pro Plan.
(Upgrade to Pro, and link your own custom domain that's it)

For the customers who's country we are not supporting currently, we suggest you to use the old Foodomaa untill we can integrate more countries to capture the platform payments. Nothing we can do about that currently.

(We might even stop taking new sign-ups after reaching a certain number of customers, and keep improving the experience and business of the customers that we have received in the new platform)

also you should think about people who bought this script and the addons and the apps, and even contributed alot to the development if the script, alot of money and time has been invested in it, so i believe its only fair for you to come up with a good option for them, unlike new customer you ld have. personally i got the script more than 2 years ago and addons etc too, just been following along havent started anything with it ever since, i was just about to start when i got the notice regarding your new path of sass.

(2)now secondly, for ur customers in countries that are not able to pay as your payment gateway may not cover their region or due to some other international payment issue, and whom had already bought ur scripts and etc, and have decided to join the ur new sass pathway, what is your plan for them? are they to just hold on with their business which they have been running well earlier?

regarding the ur new sass, i see you mentioned that no whitemark, pls confirm there will be no any foodomaa whitemark, as i just logged into the admin dashboard of ur new platform and activated notifications, and the first notification shows its from foodoma

Saurabh But how can we keep using the old foodomaa until you integrate more countries to capture payments for example, when you are saying the that after 19th then the offer you prepared for your old long time customers will become invalid??? this is like pushing us to the corner and its not fair

Sorry the question is not clear, please clarify so that I can answer it.
No the server is in one location as of now (not Europe). Later when we feel like the server needs to be in multiple places, we will do that.

Sorry I don't understand what do you mean by "banque modules"
3rd party code cannot be integrated into the new platform. We will have a seperate architecture for this in the future when the time is right.

Tex100 offer on the new platform is till 19th where your one time platform fee can be waved off.

Your license will never become invalid even after 19th August. Please read the main post of this thread carefully.

This forum is a consultation place for many users where we try to collaborate with each other and help each other.
