Direct database access is not possible, but let's discuss this over ticket so that we could standardize your system and integrate it with the new platform (if it's feasible) and you will be getting an API to fetch the order data. (Possible but requires some decision making)

I have created reports in MS access which can only work with direct database access. As you said database access is not possible then I need to develop another solution that fetches data from your provided API and generates reports.
But this will require my development time, I like the other option, it's better if you can provide the report to everyone as my main report is very generic I am sure other people can also get benefits.

The report is Restaurant wise sale report with item detail based on my given from and to date, please look at the below image for a better understanding:

I can wait, but can only move to the new version when JazzCash and SMS gateway will be finalized. I will try to create some summarized notes to better explain regarding payment gateway and SMS API. Then we will sit together and finalize when both of us got time.

Question:
I have an extended license. After moving to the new cloud system, will the previous system's extended license be valid?
What will be the Foodomaa commission after 1 year, esitmately how much it can be increase? Commission on sale is really a concern because based on these we will plan our budget and other stuff.

I think I missed some of the previous discussions. Could you please explain how the new platform works for the old foodomaa buyer? Like I purchased the 3 apps (store, rider, customer) do I need to upgrade to pro with additional fee? Or it's free for the old buyers?

While upgrading from Free Plan to the Pro Plan, there is a one-time Platform Charge of $49 (INR 3699)
This one-time platform charge can be removed if you have a valid Foodomaa License (Regular/Extended)
Once you upgrade to the Pro Plan, the pricing/transaction fee will be locked for you for 1 Year.

This offer is valid only till 19th August 2022.
After 19th August, when the new pricing is released, this offer price won't be applicable for new signups.

(Transaction fee of 1% per completed order is applied to the Pro Plan)

In short, no need to pay the onetime platform charge, and no need to pay for any new apps. Only 1% transaction fee for each completed orders.

Hi Saurabh Congrats on the new platform, I have some questions before signup.

I would like to know can we operate a multi-currency site using the new platform.
Can we operate & onboard restaurants from multiple countries.
Can we modify Brand name later once signup !
What will be the charges if extra CDN space is needed
Can we restrict users from using google autocomplete from non operational countries.

It may take up to 5-10 minutes for Google APIs to take effect.

Once Maps have shown, Drag the Red Marker & point to your Primary Business Location. Then Click Save Settings.

JohnPaulMayuga after adding the Maps API keys you need to wait for atleast 10minutes before it is activated from Google Console.
(And make sure your map api keys are correct)

Saurabh i am not using any online payment in my current platform . so i will do in the new one , so i dont get your point from linking this issue to Razorpay gateway

this is for website initial setup i cant use other country currency and getting charged 1% as per its rate

if you are not adding my country so i am not able to use the new platform

esrour it's not about if you are using any online payment gateway or not, it's about how will you pay the transaction fee to us when Razorpay doesn't even accepts payments from your Country.
(As you need to pay 1% transaction fee to us for each completed orders, so how can we get that payment from you?)

Saurabh sure i got ur point, but there are thousand ways to pay you, i am running foodomaa for almost 2 years and it is very successful business so stopping update then not allowing to use the new platform its quite annoying

Saurabh you can send bills manually and when it's not paid you block access what it is the complication ? for exemple I can easily pay you with wise transfer also with wise business you can request paiement programatically with API

Is Zen Mode no longer available? When I try to access this mode from the store panel I am redirected to the store dashboard.

Carlos ZenMode is removed, the new Store Dashboard is much more powerful than the ZenMode.

I have been doing some tests to understand some functions of the new platform, everything is very interesting. However, I am a bit concerned about two things.
The first is the language, I currently have 3 different languages configured. Do I have to do the translation job line by line again or will I be able to export/import the lines in common between the old version and the new one?
On the other hand, my index.html file contains custom meta tags in order to achieve a better position in search engines, prevent Google from offering the translation to users, etc. Will I be able to include these meta tags in the new version?

Carlos Translation migration is not possible as we have many changes in the core of it.
For now, you will need to manually copy/paste the translation values.

It is possible to add custom scripts to index.html, but we have not completed this functionality yet.
It will be done soon after the system is stable.
(We are fully occupied with making users understand the new platform, so I don't think there will be any new things added for at least 7 days. - only bug fixes will be done)

The possibility of sending OTP by WhatsApp has been discussed many times and, on some occasion, this function was announced as being present on the new platform at some point. Is this still valid? Will we have this feature on the new platform?
And regarding Zender as a gateway for SMSs, is there any progress? I have that script working and I am willing to collaborate so that they do the necessary tests.
