Happy to hear that you guys are open to solutions.

I have created reports in MS access which can only work with direct database access. As you said database access is not possible then I need to develop another solution that fetches data from your provided API and generates reports.
But this will require my development time, I like the other option, it's better if you can provide the report to everyone as my main report is very generic I am sure other people can also get benefits.

The report is Restaurant wise sale report with item detail based on my given from and to date, please look at the below image for a better understanding:

We will require your extensive help with this, which can only be done after a week as there are a lot of docs/videos pending for educating our customers on how to use the new platform. (I hope that will be fine with you?)

I can wait, but can only move to the new version when JazzCash and SMS gateway will be finalized. I will try to create some summarized notes to better explain regarding payment gateway and SMS API. Then we will sit together and finalize when both of us got time.

Question:
I have an extended license. After moving to the new cloud system, will the previous system's extended license be valid?
What will be the Foodomaa commission after 1 year, esitmately how much it can be increase? Commission on sale is really a concern because based on these we will plan our budget and other stuff.

Found two bugs:
Bug1:
If I created item attributes with type "Multiple Selection" and then bind that attributes with item. Then if I update that item attribute to type "Single Selection" in that situation on customer application system still shows "Multiple Selection".

Bug2:
If I remove already binded "Variants and Addons" of an Item and click on "Update Item", the system is not removing "Variants and Addons" and again shows the same addons.

Wich is the difference betwen "Store Charge Tax Percentage" and "Store Tax Percentage"? Setting a % in Store Charge Tax Percentage make no differnce in customers orders.

Can we operate & onboard restaurants from multiple countries.
Can we modify Brand name later once signup !
What will be the charges if extra CDN space is needed

This is not possible currently in Foodomaa, plans to add this is not on the roadmap as well.

If you have already linked your custom domain and your website is working on the custom domain, you will be charged $5 to change your custom domain again. (As we have to pay for your SSL charges, currently, we are bearing this from our pocket for your 1st custom domain)

Thermal Printer Plugin is not yet completed, but will be available soon for Pro Plan. (No additional cost)

SuperCache is inbuilt, and admins doesn't need to worry about it as we are managing sophisticated cache mechanism on our server.
(Also no need to worry about Clear cache or Force Clear Cache - we handle those automatically now)

Found another issue. If a user enter to a closed store, the Home and Back buttons at the top of the screen do not respond.

How do I connect my custom domain? Every time I try to add the second TXT or CNAME record with the free foodomaa subdomain, Cloudflare says "Record already exists. (Code: 81057)".

Azzler Delete all the A Records and AAAA records present on Cloudflare dns page.

Attention the new platform is postpaid, i.e you only pay after you have used the service.

That means the platform you are using right now is only paid on September based on your Orders Transaction Fee, so there is no scope of refund.

I hope that's clear?

According to next text and sure that I have configured everything correctly, in my case, Order Schedule Plugin, does not work correctly or I am misssing something else.

"If the Order was scheduled for 1:00pm - 1:30pm, and if you set the value of the above field to 30 minutes"
I sheduled two orders for 9.00 - 9.30pm and set the mentioned value in 5 minutes.

Then:

"if the scheduled order is already Confirmed by the store, then at 9:30pm, the order will be Marked as Preparing and will be forwared to all the Delivery Guys assigned to that particular store"
I confirmed this order from store dashboard and wait, now it is 10pm and order is still in "Confirmed Scheduled Order" status.

"if the scheduled order is NOT confirmed by the store, then at 12:30pm, the order will be Marked as New Order and will shown to the Store Onwer to Accept the order"
I did not confirm this order and wait, now it is 10pm and order is still in "Scheduled Order" status.

Remember yesterday we solved the Store Schedule issue (Open/Close) time for your timezone.
I guess, the same issue is with this section too as this is Time/Timezone dependent process.

We will check the code and if the issue is found will fix it and update the code for everyone.

Dcc Popular Geo Location might not be set (It is set on the onboarding process, but if you manually do "Clear Everything" from Admin Advanced Settings, this location is also cleared)

Just set one Popular Geo Location and make it Enabled and Default.
This should resolve your issue.
