Web notification cannot be guaranteed via Chrome on Mobile devices as your phone on lockscreen will kill browser/notification service to save battery.
Notifications with android apps will work fine.
Regarding the subdomain/domain multiple notifications, that seems to be a issue. We will need to make a function to clear all subscriptions to notification service when a custom domain is added.
For you, we will clear the notification service totally, so you can register it with your main domain and use without getting duplicates.
