In notification Logo is not Showing, please check

Abiz009 Issue is with the logo you provided for android app building.
The logo you provided is circular with White background. And hence android is processing it in that way.
Not the app issue, your logo issue.

Example: As you can see WhatsApp also has a circular logo with "B" written in the center, but Inside "B" and Inside the Circle, the background is transparent. But for your case, the logo you provided doesn't have internal transparency.

Saurabh same logo was used before for official Android Customer app, it was working good, but this what happened with that?

Abiz009 I don't think that logo was used.
Kindly check your logo yourself. The inner circle doesn't have transparency. So android cannot display it correctly.

NOTE: Your favicon is completely correct, if you had sent the same, it would have worked just fine. But the logo you sent for the customer app is not the same as your favicon. Check again!!!
