The store app notification for the new platform do not work when
Phone is locked.
App is closed.
But, in my case, it only fails on the first order received after logging in. Orders that arrive later trigger the notification.

        Checked again with team, completely not working.

        Carlos yes I think this is the issue.
        On the first order after login, it's not working but after the second order, it starts to work.
        (I have not tested it, but this seems to be the reason, I will need to confirm this)

        We will check it and fix it as now we know an exact test case to check.

        That confirms that there might be just a small bug that we need to figure out as for the Old platform this was working for you.

        (In your ticket - 17023, we acknowledged the push notification icon issue - that was fixed the same day)

        Two questions:

        1. In the old Foodomaa, you had purchased Socket Push service?
        2. In the new platform, the Delivery app notification works fine for you (in phone locked, app closed/minimized state)?

            2. Yes, working fine (just need to give "auto start" permission from App settings).

              getmytrend today whole day we spent in diagnosing the store app, but we were not able to find any issues.

              We did some tests as well (by keeping the app in lock screen for 25mins and then creating a new order) the ringer was working fine for us.

              We have done some core changes in the notification functionalities today, and all the tests were done after that from our end.

              Please check if the app works fine for you now.?

              Please make sure the store app is the new Platform store app and not the old store app (both looks identical)

                Hey i want to say u something and it's personally experiencd.. actually when we assigned delivery riders then in riders app it's goes into Accept order but we confused either delivery boy seen that order or not.
                If there is system where we assigned the rider that going on New Order then if rider accept that we easily knew that order is seen by riders if you can change that it's make us easily to run system smoothly..
                Right now we calling riders are you see the order or not...
                It's make no use of online system 🥲🥲

                  MrCam when you assign order manually to the delivery guy, their phone will start ringing continuously unless they open the order via notification, or they open the app once.

                    Saurabh yeah but how to confirmed app is ringing or not or he saw the order or not..
                    Likewise in Zomato if order came ringing was begin then he will accept order that order then ringing stop ...
                    Because sometimes it's not ringing so

                    But i didn't want to said u made like same Zomato but just i want to say u when me manually assigned riders just in rider app it's better to goes on New order not in accepted order that's make help us...

Would you like that, instead of your riders receiving the notification and one of them accepting the request, they do not receive anything and manually assign that request to one of them?

                        If we manually assigned rider then if it's goes on New order in riders app then he will accept that order then we confirmed that riders saw order and he Ready to work that's accelerate our business otherwise i am again and again asking riders have you seen order or not...

                        This features like it's confirming us he saw the order and he Ready to work..

                        So once the delivery guy opens the assigned order, it should show in the Admin dashboard that the delivery guy has opened the order. Correct?
