Abiz009 Forgive me for interfering but are you sure that the notifications do not reach the store?
According to what we have verified here, when a store owner does not listen or ignores the notification, his excuse is to say that it is not working or that no order has arrived and several more totally crazy excuses. I have gone personally to review reports of notifications that do not arrive and I have found store panels closed, computers without sound, etc.
In our case, the store owners justify everything with the typical "it doesn't work"

A good way to check if the problem is in the configuration of the store owner's cell phone is to add yourself as the store owner of that store that reports the problem and check if you receive the notification on your cell phone. If you receive it and the store owner does not, then the problem is with his cell phone.

Abiz009 please make sure you are using the official app that we have provided (for the new platform) not any old app, and not any app that you have created.

Just few days back we told you over tickets also that there are many store owners who are using your old app. Make sure while you are testing, you use the latest app only. (And uninstall all the old apps)

Saurabh As I understand the sensitivity of your time so I put my request in a concise way.

Store app, delivery app push notifications are working fine but the "### apps automatically close in the background after few hours" result in no push notifications.

Note: All tested phone are on complete optimization setting as per dontkillmyapp.com.

Vendors, mangers, delivery boy and other team member reported the same after two weeks of using the apps.

I request you to please consider.
