Comission from new platform

As I understand it, the 1% commission of the new platform is calculated on the orders delivered and collected.
From what I have seen, that 1% would also be applied to the cost of delivery.
I had not understood it that way, in some of the cities where we are present, delivery is outsourced and we do not earn a penny for this service, so we should face an additional expense to pay for something that does not generate any profit for us.
Also, the 1% applies to the delivery tip and taxes, too!
Is this correct or is it a bug in the platform?

It's not the "Commission" it's the Platform Transaction Fee.

The transaction fee is applied to the total of the order regardless of the delivery charges or any other charges.

The platform transaction fee is the fee that you are paying to use our platform to capture the order, process it, complete it and serve your customers. That's the cost for the infrastructure you are using. We cannot account for how you are processing the orders, that's totally up to your business.

(P.S the transaction fee is only taken into account if the order is completed as we understand there could be many incomplete or fake orders too. Platforms like Shopify bill you transaction fee even when the order is not completed.)

Joking aside, I understand your position even though I don't know what Shopify is. However, for me, the information (commission or transaction fee) was not clear from the beginning and this novelty forces me to rethink my commercial strategy and the charges to be applied to my customers, which generates more delays in the implementation of the new platform. that we planned to launch for our customers 10 days ago.
I understand that there has been no treachery and that it is simply a communication failure but I also see a lot of uncertainty in the future of the SaaS version and there is no communication of any kind despite the fact that, prior to its being put online, the promises you were talking about new features every week, about a pick & drop module, about your own whatsapp gateway, etc. I have put all my energy and resources to carry my business forward with the new platform based on your words, I have also spent whole days testing and writing to you every time I found something that did not work well, I have made myself available to you to test and contribute to troubleshooting. I think this is a good time to talk about the future of SaaS and to make things clear to avoid future misunderstandings.

I hope you understand that we do not have a magic stick that we can just circle around to create new features in the platform 😁

We are busy making the platform stable. Unless the platform and its processes* are stable, no new features are going to the development stage.

Processes = How we onboard the customer, How we solve their issues, How we dispatch the android apps, How the feedback is taken and managed, Help docs and videos, etc.

These processes needed to be aligned prior to the launch, but because of the pressure from the users (including you), we had to launch the platform without our internal processes in place.

As you already know (and have seen) that we are working every day to push new bug fixes updates.
(New platform was launched with v4.0.0, the current version is v4.0.9 so 9 updates have already been pushed with bug fixes)

Saurabh I missed the bullshitting, it's a shame we have to deal with rude people in an environment where we can all respectfully state our position.
Returning to the subject, the magic wand is very clever but I never thought you had one and I don't believe in magic either, so I perfectly understand the process you mention.
Certainly I have pushed from my place for the SaaS platform to go online for reasons that have nothing to do with a state of anxiety and that I have already explained many times. I also understand that there will be many issues to work out until new features can be implemented and I am walking through it with you. However, I believe that, in the same way that you are my technological partner, I am your commercial partner and the commercial success of yours also depends on my success and that of other users as a company. This is simply the reason for my questions, which are just that, questions without pressure or spells so that things flow magically.
