Carlos I tried to recreate this issue at my end but was not able to replicate this.
But, I checked the error logs and can see that you faced this issue 2 days ago.
And there was one more user who faced this issue (not reported but analysed from logs)
Did you just visit the Menu Categories Page on Admin Dashboard and got the issue?
Or are there any specific tasks to perform to recreate this issue? Kindly let us know.
