Self Pickup commission

During store payout, Self-pickup order commission is not calculated.
I set the store commission to 15%. During payout the commission is calculated only for Delivery orders. Please correct the issue. My suggestion is, if you could provide an option to enter different commission for self pickup and delivery orders, it will be very useful.

Can you tell me just one Order ID which was a SeflPickup order and for which you feel the payout amount was not calculated?

I can see it is calculated properly and can be seen in Store Wise Order Report and Admin Earnings Report.
It can also be seen in Store Owner Dashboard > Reports.

Also, in the Store Owner Dashboard > Earnings > Details, it can be seen that the payout/commission for Order ID: 1401 is calculated correctly.

Do let me know with what factor you are claiming that the commission is not calculated for order 1401.

I checked the store (store No 60) has 15% commission . It has only 2 orders. One is a delivery order and the other is a self pickup order.
Order id : 1401(Selfpickup) and 1150 (delivery).

1401 id : total 549
1150 id : 899+ 30 delivery charge = 929 total.

so total 549+899 = 1448
after 15% commission, the amount payable is 1230.8

But store payout shows 1313.15.
(1313.15 is calculated from 15% of delivery commission and 0% from self pickup)

is the issue clear for you?

aswin379 Thank you for the explanation. I can clearly understand now that the commission rate is calculated properly, but the payout amount is incorrect if there is a SelfPickup order involved.

We have fixed the issue now and the correction has been made to your DB for the payout of all the stores that have at least one Self-pickup order.

It will be good, if we can make the coupons available for selfpickup only and vice versa. Also if you provide cashback option along with instant discount, we can switch according to the need.
