baljit1221 we have noted it, but its not in priority for the new platform.
Razorpay is fully working on the new platform for all cards, UPIs, Wallets.
But Sir razor pay most of the payment is showing failed, but amount is deducted from customer and amt is showing captured in Razorpay portal, and webhook also deactivated automatically.... Please help

Abiz009 That's because the webhook URL is incorrect.
The documentation for Razropay webhook:

The URL shown in Step 4 is for the Old Platform, for the New Platform, the URL will be:
https://domain.com/api/payment/razorpay/webhook (no "public" word in the URL)
Just create a new webhook with the New Platform URL format and delete the old webhook.
Other processes are the same as mentioned in the documentation.
