Gst not calculate Resutrant charges. Only Gst calculate on total items.
Goto Admin Dashboard > Stores > Stores > Edit any Store > General > "Store Charge Tax Percentage"
Here you can specify the tax that is calculated on the Store Charges.
Packing / Extra earning calculate in store earning or admin. please options add packing/extra calculate in admin earning.

I think that instead of adding packing or extra in admin earning. There should be something called "Platform Fee" (Fixed Cost or percentage) which should be added to Admin Earning.
Saurabh and PLatform fee might be better a custom text so we can rename it into other translation. Fixed or Percentage option is brilliant.
Saurabh This is actually useful. There are big brands franchise that they do not allow markup on not open for partnering with local courriers, having separate platform fee for admin fee will do the job!
