I completely understand you. But to scale at a fast pace, we need a scale plan.
Business will only be comfortable when it pays through its profit. But when the expenses come out of the pocket, this will not be bearable, and the business will collapse.
I personally don't have any hesitation in paying you any amount from the profits. But when it comes out of the pocket, this will become a threat to existence.
As we also have other operational expenses, I believe generating Rs. 173,988/- net profit from the startup in the next year will be very hard.
But if we achieve it, we don't hesitate to pay. I request that you please think about us and charge us on our sales.
Rolling back to the small plan will be disastrous for businesses that are expanded to different zones.
I'm just sharing my opinion. Please know that my intentions are not to hurt any other opinion.
