hello could someone help me? how to solve a problem that appeared today out of nowhere, the customer is stuck on the checkout screen. and every time you click on a payment option it generates a new order.

soodomaa no no... I have the same issue. It came to our notice when we got 5 orders simultaneously by a customer. We called them, but they told they only placed 1 order.
What we found
Clear cache, fix update issues, clear browser cache
