Uh oh, still not resolved. Hope they will see and fix this soon
Deactivate one signal
Solution:
Who ever facing the problem at checkout page. The Solution is like this Admin panel -> Settings -> Push Notifications -> Remove One Signal API's and Save and try
It will work
The problem is with onesignal, not with foodomaa.
Guys, remove the One Signal API, its the cause. Thanks to Karthik
Nimika
So we will resolve one bug by creating another bugs?
Oh god, I have the same problem, suddenly today. Yesterday it's still alright for hundreds of order processing, now it is stucking here...
I myself will create a ticket, you should to. Don't wait!
So far no issues on my end. Maybe time diff. I operate here in Singapore.
Until now, is there any official solution from Foodomaa team? We couldn't remove Onesignal service, it's a basic flow that must have.

There cannot be a solution if the issue is not from our end. OneSignal server seems to be lagging too much.
The only way to fix this is to create a queue system (you need a vps and a lot of code modification) not possible for 99% of users who are on a shared hosting.
There is something we are working on so that these services are managed by us and not our customers.
I did not remove mine. Let me observe and see how.
Saurabh Thanks for acknowledgement. I am using VPS and my one signal one has been working fine until earlier. People are placing orders, the order went through but got stuck on checkout page resulting on duplicate orders.
Saurabh Thank you. At least, what can we do now? ==> Let the checkout page go through to avoid duplicating many times for one order. But we don't know how to do to make sure the system is not creating another bugs, so we have to wait for an urgent update from Foodomaa team.
Saurabh It's time to make foodomaa Saas.

@bhojmandu We can't do anything right now, so please wait for future update. Hope soon!
soodomaa no no... I have the same issue. It came to our notice when we got 5 orders simultaneously by a customer. We called them, but they told they only placed 1 order.
What we found
renidev issue occur when we activate One signal issue only on COD orders
You're right about this!
renidev If this is the solution to avoid duplication of orders then let me try to remove One signal keys.
I can also attest on the duplicate order issue. Daily, I do have duplication orders which my users wonder why it was duplicated yet they order only once.
So far so good. I did not remove One Signal keys and API on my settings.
I had this issue 2 weeks ago. Custormer placed an order and I got more than 10 orders. It happened 3-4 times same day. Than I cleared cache etc and it solved the issue. I don't if issue was sloved by clearing cache or what... For today's issue, i will check and see...
I have same issue. As suggested, i removed one signal to solve the issue but now notification are not working. Any one found solution to this?
josan420 Currently, the only way is to remove Onesignal API key, as above recommendation. We have to wait for future update from Foodomaa team. Don't try to modify your code, it will cause a big messing.
