Is Scheduling working properly for everyone ?

Hey family,
Is restaurant scheduling working for every one ?
Can you please check

When I set to 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM
It is taking 1min to close ( Working fine)

But after deleting the slot and waiting for 10 mins also, store is not opening

Is it only for me or for all ?

Please, clarify. Store will not open if there is not any active slot, you must open it manually.

Store has to close at 10:00 PM, it works fine

mounika Do you check your server time?
Open a terminal and type: date
Verify if the server time is the same as yours

It is very strange if your schedule system is working at the close time but not at the open time. Could you share exactly how do you configure the slot? Can you take an screenshot?

Did you run your cronjob from command line? Still not opening?
Or try entering https://mywebsite.com/public/schedule/run/mypassword from your browser and check if store is open/close

Carlos Hi, My store scheduling is not working also. When I try to run this
https://mywebsite.com/public/schedule/run/mypassword
using my domain and superadmin password, it says Access Denied. I hosted my apps on Siteground.com and the cronjob is working.

Please remember, after you manually change slot, the store status will turn on or turn off forever until you go to Extras and turn on Auto Scheduling option again.
