Is it possible to take orders on whatsapp and reflect that in the system ? Like is that possible to make a whatsapp AI BOt for the same if anyone has done it

Yes it is possible, I create an API for several clients that use order systems by whatsapp chatbot, at the moment they take the order and confirm the payment, the order arrives at my foodomaa panel and assigns the delivery person exactly the same as when it was place an order through the app

Yes, it is possible to do this. It is quite simple. You can do it on your own with the help of chatbot software tools like BotUp by 500apps. If you have enough knowledge of coding you can do it through coding.
