Vmart here is the solution in your problem.

Open your customer app on google chrome
It will update or clear cache automatically
Then open the delivery guy app

I also encountered same error after updating.

In Store panel --> Ratings --> Order ID (hyperlink)

On right side under Ratings and Reviews data is not reflecting.

yesterday I too faced the same

ratings are not showing. If they gave just rating, with out reviews. it is not showing

it would be nice that Admin can see how many stars given by customer directly from order dashboard that helps for quick solution rather than going to edit store and see rating/reviews….

In Delivery app, Ratings are visible but customer name or rating for delivered order id is not showing, it displays as stars.

Ricesy because there is no comment from the user there is no review message shown and only stars are shown.

Showing the user name and order Id to the delivery guy is a bit controversial.

Because the delivery guy knows the customer location, it's safe to not to show any information regarding the order to the delivery guy. (Privacy issues - physical damage)

Note: if there is any issue with a lower rating, delivery guy can contact Admin and get it sorted out.
