Hey Hi, Any one purchased reports module ? ( from third party) if yes, can you please tell me guys, whether everything working fine or not ?

Hi Rahul

The report module totally depends on laravel composition (backend) only. So no, you dont need extended license to install it.
The module has been tested and verified for its structure and reliability to deliver its data at perfect speeds by the Foodomaa Team, so its safe to use. But as it is not an official module from Foodomaa Team, they do not have any control over its installation or support whatsoever. I am the developer of the module and you'll get all the support regarding the module from me.

About delivery guy earning report:

Is "tip earnings" showing the real tip commission for that guy or always 100% tip?
Is "delivery guy earnings" showing the real commission from delivery charge or always 100%?
Because I don't see the difference in this report.

Edit: and also need "sum earning" column (delivery commission + tip commission)

Nice Question. Let me clear these inquiries...

There are two columns , Tip amount and Tip earnings. Tip earnings will show the amount as the percentage set in delivery boy masters. You can see this percentage in Users->Delivery Guys->View
Same with Delivery Guy Earnings. Set on Commission percentage.

Adding Sum Earnings right now. Please check after 15 mins.

Edit: Please check after an hour or so, I am improving the code structure.

About the real earning, I mean, if delivery guy commission (from delivery charge) is 70% and the tip commission is 50%, will the columns "earning" show these real amount or always 100% as original value?
As what I am seeing in the demo, it seems that the columns just show 100% value.

JusanSG It shows 100% because I set it at 100%. It will be real earning set by commission % for both fields.

Edit: This is the logic

$tipAmountEarning = $tipAmount * $tipAmountCommission;
and
$deliveryChargeEarning = $deliveryCharge * $deliveryChargeCommission;

And about Store-Wise Order Report:

I am seeing Net amount (OD-04-29-CBYD-M14KBZK6W) is 255, commission rate is 15%, so the Earnings column should be 38.25, not 45 as the demo, or am I misunderstanding something?

Edit: Also, the same question for Store Performance Report (net earnings 425, so the admin commission should be 63.75, not 75)

JusanSG In Foodomaa, commission is calculated as
OrderTotal - (Delivery Charges + Tip Amount) * Commission rate/100

By that logic

(335 - (20 + 15)) * 15/100 = 300 * 0.15 = 45

I hope now its clear to you how commission is being calculated. I have to make my reports' formulae same as it is being done in Foodomaa.

Edit: About Customer Performance Report, I see Suggested Action, what is it for?

JusanSG It will suggest you to BAN/GIVE OFFER to a customer based on his activity on your website. Kind of tried to give an automation feature.

Like if his cancelled orders are much higher than completed orders, or vice versa.
