You must link the orderID with restaurantID to get StoreOwner number. And that is just 1 part.
After you're done with that, now get the DeliveryGuy number, send the notification after store accept the order.
If you want Admin get notification as well, same thing.
If you want each store receive notification, not just store-owner, you must create new phone & apikey fields for each store, so each store get notification, not only the store-owner.
