NikhilJain yes payment failed issue with Paytm is there. Waiting for resolution from foodoma team

@Mani @Saurabh When customer choose Paytm, delivery boys getting order notification in awaiting payment stage (Automatic order accept). sometime customer will not complete the payment and then exit!!.

Rahul Tried to check this but couldn't verify.

Can you please reverify and let us know if your delivery guy is getting Push Notification or SMS notification when the Restaurant is on Auto Accept and paid by Paytm and the order is on "Awaiting payment"

Saurabh Push Notification only, and after successful payment only it will display in the orders tab of Delivery boy app.

Saurabh I'm getting frequent issue with Paytm, now there is no notification tune after Paytm payment.
Payment will be completed but order will stuck on "Äwaiting Payment" mode.
Then I approve payment manually but no notification tune for delivery boys. Please check.

Dcc facing exact same issue. That is making Paytm unusable.

Yes, there are some small changes, but please check from your side also that Paytm works perfectly.
I have noticed this issue after the latest update only. There are no notifications even after successful Paytm payment.
But most of the time Paytm stuck on awaiting payment stage. Is there anybody else is facing same issue after the latest update?

Dear Merchant,

We have checked that you are not using Callback or S2S/Webhook URL for event response of transactions. If you want to configure the S2S/Webhook URL, Kindly provide us the S2S/Webhook URL for event response of transactions. We can configure it from our side. For Callback respose, you need to configure it from your side.

If you are using Transaction Status API, Kindly confirm about this also.

NikhilJain API not been activated properly from PAYTM end... not its been fixed, but still when i click pay order has been placed before payment process...?

I mean, if i click proceed to check out button on PayTM payment gateway, immediately order will be placed before i process payment as awaiting status.. I'm using 2.9.2 version
