Saurabh Sorry, I didn't express myself very clearly. The amount I am referring to is the commission.
Come on. We are only working with COD and the delivery person receives the money at the end of the delivery, so this commission should not go to the wallet when the payment is in cash. This would prevent further payments made by us admins.
I imagine the following. If I'm working with COD, this money isn't coming to us admins, so I would have a lot of work to know from which stores to discount the amounts to be paid to the couriers, so we prefer that they receive it at the end of each delivery.
And going with that thought, the delivery boy is getting paid twice. One in cash, paid by the customer upon delivery of the order and again through the amount that goes to the wallet.
All of this, in my view, creates a lot of manual money-sending processes. Check which stores the couriers made deliveries to, anyway. It would be much simpler not to send this commission to the wallet. Leave them to customers only. That would resolve this issue.
I understand your point of view, but I'm putting another one to be appreciated with the intention of improving the app even more.
