refund CANCELD ORDER

when a shop cancels the order i want the refund directly to go back to their bank account or a option that when it goes to their wallet that it can go back to their bank account. How do i do that?

If the customer asks for the refund on their bank account, you will have to process it manually and deduct the same amount from their Foodomaa wallet.

Saurabh after asking for a refund on stripe i seen this money in the costumer wallet.

now i did what you told me and deducted it.. now out the costumer account and gone. but where is the money now? because its not in the bank account from the costumer and i went to my stripe account and nothing has changed there since I deducted the money.

hello you closed the topic as a moderator but didn't give a answer where i can find the deducted money back to zend it to bank account? nobody gave a answer..

But where is the money now? because its not in the bank account from the costumer and i went to my stripe account and nothing has changed there since i all ready manually asked a refund om stripe in the beginning. where is the money now so i can send it to the bankaccount of my costumer?

Ancilla They don't do anything you have to send the money back from the account with your hands
