Saurabh I do not agree with your fundamentals.
First of all, $4 to $5/m is double what I pay for the server where WaZone is. $5/m is $60/y, the price of the script. On the other hand I still don't understand the reasoning, what resources are you talking about if WaZone would run on an external server like Twillio and MSG91 do? Do you plan to implement an sms gateway also using this same criteria?
Honestly and with all due respect, I must say that this new platform transforms us users into hostages without options. We can certainly continue to use the hostself version but, clearly, we will not have any updates at all, so we will not be able to update our servers with the security risk that this implies. On the other hand, those of us who trust Foodomaa bought its script in order to create a business based on it and today we are affected by an almost extortive maneuver in which we are forced to have a partner without wanting it.
With actions such as denying the possibility of preparing the platform simply so that it can connect to an EXTERNAL whatsapp gateway that would not consume any resources from its servers, I can only think that the objective of the SaaS version is to monopolize all the functions that exist today for users and profit from said monopoly in which all users should pay Foodomaa for our profits.
Until yesterday I was very happy with the possibility of migrating to the SaaS version. Today, faced with this reality, I am very concerned about the future of my business and I feel betrayed by you.
