ventis if you can help with the code, we can integrate it to the new Platform.

Saurabh you can send bills manually and when it's not paid you block access what it is the complication ? for exemple I can easily pay you with wise transfer also with wise business you can request paiement programatically with API

Saurabh can I give you access to my cpanel to check I don't have the code as I paid someone to do it ?

Nice works & also supersonic speed of saas platform. But on the other hand may be you will charges of 1% increase after getting good traffic. We want some assurity regarding the charges @Saurabh try understand situation please explain we are already spend money with plugin as well as for apps and admin with app

      Hi,
      Just sharing a few thoughts.

Following are the reasons I cannot instantly move to the new system:

      • No database access
      • No Payment gateway Integration (JazzCash already discuss)
      • No SMS integration (SendSMS.pk Already discuss)
      • No way to create custom reports
      • Edit order is not there, sometimes we include or exclude a few things from our order and we cannot first cancel and re-order as this showed a bad impression to the customer
      • Live order screen required a few enhancements (already discuss)
      • Vendor application access as per role (Allow Store Open/Close, Allow Edit Item, Allow Item Enable/Disable)
      • Invoicing system or payout system with date filter where we can mark that we have generated invoice from this date to this date and the status of that invoice is Pending/Completed etc. The current payout system does not have any date filter and we do not want to pay out the whole amount of vendor.
      • Reporting with date/time. Our one day is countable from 6pm to next date of 3AM. If we can select from/to filters with time we can at least generate report or look dashboard more correctly

I am not criticizing Foodomaa cloud product here, I am sure they are doing their best, I am just sharing this will other people and foodomaa that we do not have full control over now and this is why we have to wait until they will not provide a complete solution to us.

      Thanks.
      Regards,
      Faizan

        1. Direct DB access cannot be provided. We cannot risk that at any cost, providing DB access only means allowing customers to modify the columns/rows which will make the system fail. (Speaking with experience here, 95% of the issues we get over tickets were only because the customer has manually touched the DB - we have resolved 16K+ tickets so far). No SaaS platform will provide you with direct DB access. This can also affect the overall website security. I hope you understand this clearly.

        2. As stated earlier, we can work with you to integrate it, only when you join the new platform. Otherwise, there is no point in the development of a Payment gateway for a country where there are no customers of ours.
As I can see your current operation is also only via COD on your website. So as soon as you start your business operations with the new platform, we will start the integration process for you. (As payment gateway is crucial, we will keep it on the highest priority)

        3. Same as Point #2

        4. As stated earlier, we might be able to provide an Order API for you to fetch data.
We already have plans to make extensive APIs for developers to fetch the data and perform operations (plans for the future)

        5. This can be added to our roadmap when the roadmap list is released.

        6. Already noted. (depending on the priority, that will be done)

7/8/9: Cannot comment on these as of now, as we have not thought this through.

Congrats to @Saurabh and your team! I would love to migrate soon but upon checking SMS API (semaphore) is not added yet
Are you going to add an additional payment gateway for the Philippines like Paymaya or Gcash(Paymongo)? We really need at least the Gcash payment so we can feasibly use online payment. Thank you!

Nimika If you can provide the access to your code, we will surely add that to our platform.
(this can easily be done as you might already have a woking solution/code)

Payment gateways will only be added after you are onboarded to the platform.

Gopalkumar fyi foodomaa removed from codecanyon because it was using ioncube extension to encrypt licence.

Gopalkumar also no one can guarantee you for charges. It's business for all no one is here to do charity work. The charges will fair enough that more businesses will adopt sass. Its very simple when you make money foodomaa will make money if you leave the platform they will lose their clients.

Gopalkumar if you compare managing it yourself with super fast server, instant bug fix, stress free management, etc etc , the 1% is very fair , and they will ofc increase but they have said they would not double it anywhere near or in this year. no saas platforms offers this type of benefits, they either charge high commission or subscription fees, you will find the benefits once you scale , now standalone may seems good , but when you scale you surely have to hire a developer to sit behind this and you have to pay around 500 to 1000usd a month (if good dev in india), ie around the commission that you pay to foodomaa for having sales of 80L , even if they double it its 40L . the matter here is you ll need to hire a pro dev before you reach sales of 5 to 10L (if standalone) , so its way better and much affordable way to do business , please onboard to the saas and experience benifts and you ll surely feel its worth. and I personally feel they know better than anyone about their code , so they make it work super cool.

babyseya We are working on integrating PayPal as it supports more countries.

Dcc I am agree with you. 1% of completed orders is a very competitive value and very convenient for those of us who do not want to deal with the technical aspects of server maintenance and other related issues.

ventis I sincerely believe that they would think about it a lot before making that decision because they would gain in % but they would lose many clients. And 1% of 500 is always better than 10% of 0.

NikhilJain I am not against of foodomaa just thought we don't have back fire option at least some assurity just because after all we are here to make money ..we are loves foodomaa since 2 year .
Downtime ,charges, data sharing thing we having some reputation otherwise no one care
