My Items, Past Orders, Stores Owner Earning Balance not transferred, kindly help how to?

    For both of you, the issue may be because you are uploading the CSV file in the old format.

    Download the new Sample CSV from the Bulk Upload popup screen and use that for the new platform.

      Looks like the Sample CSV is having some cache issue on CDN hence old CSV is being downloaded.

      EDIT: Cache issue has been fixed, and the Sample CSV files can directly be downloaded from Admin Dashboard.

        Saurabh Done Successful, thanks, but do we need to do for Store owner also? because we already done by migrating from old platform.

          Abiz009 Sorry, I am not able to understand what you are looking to "do for Store Owners also"
          Kindy elaborate.

          I have a suggestion. We cannot start all of a sudden without the old order details and product lists. For small business runners it wouldn't affect much, but for businesses with medium and large number of orders, it will be a problem. So my suggestion is to now transfer the existing foodomaa platform to a different domain and moving to the new platform. So that we can check our old product lists, orders and many important data for verification and further reference.

          Is there any way to migrate customer reviews and store ratings on the new platform as it is not mentioned in your given list? Thanks.

              FezanAsif only things that are mentioned on the top of this post can be imported.

              Can somebody confirm if user(customer) needs to relogin on new platform once we migrated? Thanks

              Has login with facebook and google credentials been added to the new foodomaa platform? We need them because many users have these credentials and can easily use them to login to foodomaa.
