Yvonne to debug this, we will need your Semaphore account so that I can test 2-3 otps.
As we donot have any Semaphore account, we cannot validate this ourselves.
Kindly send the semaphore account credentials to email: saurabh@cloudify.store
I will check and get back to you on this.
(Till the issue gets resolved, kindly change the Login method to Email/Password login from Admin > Settings > Sms Settings)
Also check on your Semaphore dashboard if there is additional settings to enable OTP route or something like that.
