Yvonne In the new platform, it is Live Order Tracking without any delay. It depends on the network condition as well as the GPS of the Delivery Guy phone.

If the delivery guy phone is sending it's gps location every second, you will receive the location every second. No delay.

(In the old Foodomaa, the delay was 15-30 seconds)

Saurabh when does the customer starts to see the location of the rider? Upon acceptance of the Rider or when he picked it up?

Is there any possibility that the delivery guys can see the store phone number on app and initiate the call from there only to the store.

getmytrend in the new platform we have added "Store manager phone number" filed in the Store editing section.
In the future, we will be adding function to call the store manager from delivery and customer app.

getmytrend As far as I know, delivery boys can have one zone only. So you will need to reassign them before you can use them on other zone

I believe that to make the platform profitable, we have to create an environment for customers to acquire all niche foods from us, and for that, we need a food finance system.

Just by writing this questions it seems to be a complex feature to implement.

getmytrend Fli**art Pay Later is similar to a loan lending platform. They offer credit based on your CIBIL score; in order to check and give you the limit, they will need your PAN card and other details, which we don't believe would be appropriate for our platform.

What we can do is:

We can enhance our wallet functionality so that users can add funds via the payment gateway.

Abiz009 there are places where you can display the coupon in big banners like the Items page or even on the Cart page. Automatically applying coupon to the cart is not on the roadmap.

But giving the option to click and apply coupon from the Cart page is on the roadmap.

@Saurabh The wallet system can be made more powerful by adding a wallet dashboard, where we can track the wallet transaction history for orders, including the order ID, date, and amount, for an individual customer, and have the option to download the mini wallet statement with the order ID, date, and amount for individual customers, etc.
The wallet dashboard will be very helpful in refund cases.

Mani I agree with you.
The objective is to retain the customer in two ways.

Easy funds for food (food credit).
Flexible time for repayment with small instalments.
We can also implement this by introducing a monthly subscription pack for some rupees.
The customer will not be able to unsubscribe until the whole liability is settled.
The Broader vision for this system is to make funds available for customers when they exceed their budgets on special days. So the motive is to provide them with a flexible timeframe for repayment with a very small installment.
