Are you using the old Foodomaa from CodeCanyon or the new Foodomaa SaaS platform?
There is no issues like that on the new platform

Hello, I have not been using your services for a year now and I do not plan to do so again, I am not satisfied at all with the way in which you have handled yourself by not responding to queries in the forum, not improving the service and not providing support I am also not happy with the change from the self-hosted version to the saas version.
Therefore, I ask you to please cancel my scale plan that I never subscribed to and stop applying charges to my card.

Carlos Carlos, 6 days ago, we had a conversation with you over email (hi@foodomaa.com), where we offered you a no-cost shift from Scale to Grow plan without paying anything extra. And you agreed to pay for the Grow plan in a week.
Also, your card was never charged, we just sent a request to your email to authorize the transaction, but you never did.

It is totally fine to not use the services if you don't want to, but please don't spread misinformation on the forum.
