this function works if the order is paid in cash or from a wallet, if the payment goes through the stripe, notifications do not come, is there a solution to this problem?

Do you have the STRIPE TEST account?
I need public and secret keys.
I will enable the STRIPE payment on my test site, then you can test if it is working or not.
In my opinion, the online payment does not affect anything, because WHEN the payment successful, then It will redirect to MY ORDERS page.
Then the button will do the same as COD/WALLET payment
