I saw some people suggesting to send Whatsapp order to ALL 3 (Store owner, Delivery/driver, and Super Admin)
Send to store owner -> this is the correct action.
I will tell you why sending to Driver and Super admin is a bad idea.
Super admin has no business of getting any whatsapp messages from customers, super admin is not the one who prepare the food/products.
Imagine if you have a big network of merchants that using your website, and each merchant have a lot of customer orders, you as a super admin will receive whatsapp notification 100 times per minute. This is not a good system.
Super admin has a very organized dashboard, use it! Super admin DO NOT need to know everytime any customer from any seller making an order right away.
When order gets in or order placed,
Seller has to accept order first, then driver will get notification -> this is the right action.
If seller not accept/reject order, the driver still get notification, then when the driver arrived at the store, there is no order for driver, because seller reject order.
Do you think this is good system?
NO, this is a bad system to send notification before seller accept order.
