Today I came across Grabs food - order scheduling system and it was elegant. It then reminded me, when will the order scheduling update be released ?

mounika If any delivery person leaves change their role to customer. It will fix your issue.

NikhilJain No. If the delivery guy is offline, they will not get any automatic SMS or PushNotifications.
Also, the "New Orders" page section on the delivery application will show a "You are Offline" message, so no new orders will be displayed as well.

The "Accepted" and "Picked-Up" pages will still show orders if the delivery guy is offline.

Also, the admin will be able to see "Offline" text next to the delivery guy's name if Admin is Assigning or Re-Assigning deliveries. But Admin can even select Offline Delivery Guys if Admin wants to force order on them.

Saurabh That's great! Any chance we can assign a manger to a area like we assign store to a area. The purpose is the manager should see the orders, delivery guy details, collection, logs, items for that particular area.

For example manager 1 should manage orders and related stuffs for city X
manager 2 will manage orders and related stuff which is only for city Y

and so on...

Go to Settings/Translations/ Edit it like: Apartment number, floor, entrance) building those thing is not really major one. So make use of the available resources.

I noticed it's taken off the Roadmap now, so this basic functionality will not be available soon I suppose. I already purchased because Foodomaa was working on it for a long time, according to Trello. It's a real bummer.

I am definitely willing to pay for a order scheduling module, since I already spent a small fortune on extended licenses for all the existing modules. So another 50 bucks I wont mind.

Adrian73 not impressed... i am waiting for it since January. It was in idea list and i purchased foodomaa in hope that it will be available in few months. And later it was due to release as a separate module and i was excited to buy it. But my wait is never over. This is not an optional feature. It is must have feature. Maybe not in south asian countries but its must have feature in Europe atleast. Every platform has order schedule as a basic feature.

josan420 many times clients order and they forget to write order time in comment box and than restaurant has to call the client to ask for time...
For example today we have self pickup order by a client at 13:30 and he will pick the order at 19:15
And he forgot to use comment section and we had to call him to ask at what time he will pick his order.

If we have order schedule feature which force clients to choose from option asap or schedule it later than we don't have to face such situations.

josan420 Indeed I think 80/90% of Foodomaa users will agree. I need this feature very badly, is there anyone here who can develop this feature? Between all of us we could pay for it.

I will try to work on it, no promises.
And it will be on a seperate module.

Also just FYI, it's not a "baisc function" or else I would have built it a long back and added it to the core Foodomaa itself.

It looks so basic, so why it's not a basic thing?
Because it needs to be compatible with the Store automatic on/off times. Or else it's super easy I can actually do that in a couple of house if store automatic on/off time is not considered.

It requires many checks and functional components on the front-end.

If your business fully relies on this I would suggest you to look for someone who can build that for you.

Already discussed this many times on forums, can't stress more on this.

I will do some checks for this and if it takes more time, I will just build the order scheduling without considering store on/off time and include it in Foodomaa itself (not in a seperate module)

Hi I have an app (single vendor) with this functional .I can provide you the access so that you can take a look on .but it's not something like multivendor like foodomaa .you can see what option all needed
