EzequielMombelli Hi Ezequiel. I am also in Argentina and I suffer from the same problem that all Argentines have when we make purchases abroad, we must pay two taxes of 35% and 30% respectively on the value of the purchase.
To avoid this, I am planning to accept PayPal to use those funds to pay the 1% commission to Foodomaa avoiding Ali Baba's usurious taxes.
I don't know if it will be your case but, as I am in tourist areas, I have customers from other countries and surely they will use PayPal gateway to pay for their orders.
New Platform is Ready 💪
Roya if you have a valid Foodomaa license, then you don't have to pay that $49 One time Charges.
Refer to this:
https://discuss.foodomaa.com/d/3324-how-to-remove-one-time-platform-fee-in-the-new-platform
There is a transaction fee of 1% per completed orders.
This offer is only valid if you signup and upgrade to Pro till 19th August.
Will my site be suspended if I don't move to a new platform?
I don't understand anything please explain to me
You will host my website on your server
So what will you charge me for?
If I don't want to move to a new platform, what will become of my platform

sdgsdgs if you don't move to the new platform, thats your choice. Your current domain/license won't be affected.
Your site won't be suspended.

New Platform has no monthly charge, no one time fee it has only transaction fee for each completed orders that you get (1% of each completed orders) (only on the offer period - kindly refer to the 1st post in this thread for details.)
Cannot process because it's missing Gabon contre on onboarding ? I have bought extended and standard version and invested to get paiement gateway , WhatsApp notification and can't even use the new platform

ventis Gabon Republic along with more 100 countries will be added on onboarding after a week. We are working on with our payment partner to add more countries to our new platform. (Not even if we add your country, that doesn't mean that your payment gateway will be added, that only mean we will be allowing that country to onboard)
Payment gateway can be added later depending on the priority on our roadmap.
Nice works & also supersonic speed of saas platform. But on the other hand may be you will charges of 1% increase after getting good traffic. Hi,
Just sharing a few thoughts.
Following are the reasons I cannot instantly move to the new system:
- No database access
- No Payment gateway Integration (JazzCash already discuss)
- No SMS integration (SendSMS.pk Already discuss)
- No way to create custom reports
- Edit order is not there, sometimes we include or exclude a few things from our order and we cannot first cancel and re-order as this showed a bad impression to the customer
- Live order screen required a few enhancements (already discuss)
- Vendor application access as per role (Allow Store Open/Close, Allow Edit Item, Allow Item Enable/Disable)
- Invoicing system or payout system with date filter where we can mark that we have generated invoice from this date to this date and the status of that invoice is Pending/Completed etc. The current payout system does not have any date filter and we do not want to pay out the whole amount of vendor.
- Reporting with date/time. Our one day is countable from 6pm to next date of 3AM. If we can select from/to filters with time we can at least generate report or look dashboard more correctly
I am not criticizing Foodomaa cloud product here, I am sure they are doing their best, I am just sharing this will other people and foodomaa that we do not have full control over now and this is why we have to wait until they will not provide a complete solution to us.
Thanks.
Regards,
Faizan

Direct DB access cannot be provided. We cannot risk that at any cost, providing DB access only means allowing customers to modify the columns/rows which will make the system fail. (Speaking with experience here, 95% of the issues we get over tickets were only because the customer has manually touched the DB - we have resolved 16K+ tickets so far). No SaaS platform will provide you with direct DB access. This can also affect the overall website security. I hope you understand this clearly.
As stated earlier, we can work with you to integrate it, only when you join the new platform. Otherwise, there is no point in the development of a Payment gateway for a country where there are no customers of ours.
As I can see your current operation is also only via COD on your website. So as soon as you start your business operations with the new platform, we will start the integration process for you. (As payment gateway is crucial, we will keep it on the highest priority)Same as Point #2
As stated earlier, we might be able to provide an Order API for you to fetch data.
We already have plans to make extensive APIs for developers to fetch the data and perform operations (plans for the future)This can be added to our roadmap when the roadmap list is released.
Already noted. (depending on the priority, that will be done)
7/8/9: Cannot comment on these as of now, as we have not thought this through.

Congrats to @Saurabh and your team! I would love to migrate soon but upon checking SMS API (semaphore) is not added yet
Are you going to add an additional payment gateway for the Philippines like Paymaya or Gcash(Paymongo)? We really need at least the Gcash payment so we can feasibly use online payment. Thank you!
