For both of you, the issue may be because you are uploading the CSV file in the old format.

Download the new Sample CSV from the Bulk Upload popup screen and use that for the new platform.

Looks like the Sample CSV is having some cache issue on CDN hence old CSV is being downloaded.

EDIT: Cache issue has been fixed, and the Sample CSV files can directly be downloaded from Admin Dashboard.

Carlos how did you import bulk items with image?. Did you take image URL one by one from media manager or used different method?.

I have a suggestion. We cannot start all of a sudden without the old order details and product lists. For small business runners it wouldn't affect much, but for businesses with medium and large number of orders, it will be a problem. So my suggestion is to now transfer the existing foodomaa platform to a different domain and moving to the new platform. So that we can check our old product lists, orders and many important data for verification and further reference.

Has login with facebook and google credentials been added to the new foodomaa platform? We need them because many users have these credentials and can easily use them to login to foodomaa.

Gereckfood Google & Facebook login is present in the old Foodomaa as well as the new platform but it is not encouraged to use it.

The recommended method is "Login with OTP" where the user just enters the phone number and is able to signup/login.
In the new platform, the email is not a mandatory filed when the user signups with the Phone Number (Login with OTP method)

Not possible to signup for new platform, only just second msg appear nothing happen, i have old foodoma license,how i migrate to new platform

vaibhav23 Just 20mins back we got one new signup, so the signup process seems to be working fine.

You will get an OTP on your email and you will have to verify the OTP.

Do let us know if you are able to signup or not.
