Sir, As long as the time store app remains open, the ring rings when the time order is received. If we minimize or close the app for 5 minutes or 10 minutes, the ring does not ring. This issue is the same as before. I have also seen the store app by logging into a phone. But the problem is the same. The app rings only when it is opened.

    baljit1221 make sure the app optimization/power saver/battery saver is turned off on your phone for that particular app. If it's not set to off or 'not optimized', then the phone will close the background apps.

        baljit1221 we have already incorporated everything that can help the application run in the background. And we have done the test with Xiaomi phones too, and after locking the app, and turning off the battery optimization all works well.

          I am following and using store app since it inception on 25 Feb 2022 and then again updated on 28 April 2022 to solve notifications🔔 issue.
          As am following the case from the beginning so I understand the process and requirements needed for store app to run properly.

          The update on 28 April 2022 had no issue regarding push notifications even when:-

          1. The app is closed.
          2. The phone is locked.
          3. The app is minimized.

          But the store app notification for the new platform do not work when

          1. Phone is locked.
          2. App is closed.
          3. One more issue already share in the ticket (17023) with images. Also acknowledged by the support team, as they successfully replicate the issues.

          If in the case, only I am facing the issue, I will wait for more such reporting on this issue (If they may have).

          From my end I have checked properly with the team members and on different phones, as I understand your time is too much Important for everyone.

            Saurabh I have already checked it in 2 phones, but on your request I will check it in another phone.

            getmytrend Thank you. I had some similar problems but from what I could test they were solved. I'm going to do some more tests replicating your scenario.

                  Checked again with team, completely not working.

                  Carlos yes I think this is the issue.
                  On the first order after login, it's not working but after the second order, it starts to work.
                  (I have not tested it, but this seems to be the reason, I will need to confirm this)

                  We will check it and fix it as now we know an exact test case to check.

                  Two questions:

                  1. In the old Foodomaa, you had purchased Socket Push service?
                  2. In the new platform, the Delivery app notification works fine for you (in phone locked, app closed/minimized state)?
